This area has always produced great talent!
The Phenom Factory hopes to provide those players with a training facility worthy of their talents.
Work hard and have fun, two mantras Christine lives by, are at the foundation of everything Team Phenom does.
A lot of the demo and painting were done by friends and family, two very important things to The Phenom Factory. Getting ready for the public was a tough journey, but it was more than worth it!!
There were a lot of long nights and early mornings involved to get it to where we are today, and we hope EVERY customer has a phenomenal experience EVERY time they visit The Phenom Factory!

In 10 seasons, Olson built Sacred Heart into one of South Jersey's strongest small-school programs. Scared Heart won the NJ State Championship in 2012 and appeared in two other state title games.
Success followed Coach Les to Cumberland County College.
In 2015, he led the Lady Dukes to the Division 3 World Series and under Olson, CCC became a force in JC D3 Softball.
He is currently the head softball coach at St. Joe Academy where his teams have appeared in back-to-back state championship games,
WINNING in 2023!!

Joe was a pitcher for Gloucester Catholic's State Championship team in 1991 and then went on to Rider University. Joe was and All Star in the MSBL as a pitcher and a catcher. He has previously coached baseball at Washington Twp. American Legion, Mid-Atlantic Baseball Academy, Team Colossal, and SJ Mystics.
